At Kainchi, we deliver within Pakistan and also ship internationally to selected countries. We aim to dispatch every order quickly and keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

Major cities:

2–4 business days

Other areas:

3–7 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions (if active) will apply automatically.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or confirmed via WhatsApp/email if required).
Please note: Custom duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email (where applicable), so you can monitor your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible for Return/Exchange (Pakistan Orders)

Return/exchange is accepted only if:

We want you to love your Kainchi purchase. If there’s an issue, you can request a return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

International Orders (Returns/Exchanges)

For international orders, returns/exchanges are generally not offered due to high shipping and customs costs.
However, if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will support you with a solution.

Not Eligible

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve it as a priority.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (Pakistan orders), it will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refund method depends on the original payment method (bank transfer/card/wallet, as applicable).
